Build Upper Body Muscle at Home - Save Money and Time With This Quick and Easy Killer Combo Attack
The struggle to build upper body muscle typically stems from two main factors...time and money. See if you can relate...Your schedule is keeping you running so fast it feels like today is just a blur and tomorrow already happened. Plus, with kids, a car and house payment, insurance, etc., it's hard to find any extra money for a movie night out much less a gym membership.
Still deep down inside is that strong desire to build your upper body. Well, in a day and age where good news seems hard to find, I have some for you...at least when it comes to building upper body muscle. The fact is that you can in as little as 15 to 20 minutes a day you can build up your muscle at home. There are two very common exercises that are quick and easy. And when done consistently and with maximum effort, will help you build up the top half of your body and gain muscle. They are:
The push-up
The pull-up
The push-up is an excellent compound move that works multiple muscle groups including the chest, triceps, and shoulders. Essentially, this move in its basic form provides an easy to moderate intensity level. Variations such as the incline, decline, diamond, and others, as well as additional weight, add to the intensity level. This way you can turn up the fire, make the muscles work and feel the burn at your pace.
The pull-up is another great compound move that works other muscle groups such as the traps, lats, shoulders, and biceps. It is a complementary move to the push-up. Variations of this move can be made that will also run your muscles through the ringer. Those variations include the close-grip, wide grip, palms turned in facing you, palms turned out, and more including attaching a weighted belt to your waist.
The most effective way to make this combination work for you is to perform 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps at moderate to extreme difficulty with no rest between sets. Turn up the effect by increasing the level of intensity each set and each time you workout.
Performing lower body muscle work such as a squat or one-legged lift will enhance the impact of these moves on your upper body. And as with any weight lifting routine, complete at least a 3 minutes warm-up and decent stretch prior to working out. Exercise using proper form and technique to keep the injury risk factor to a minimum. Apply these rules of thumb with your killer combo and you'll build your upper body quicker and easier than Arnold could ever "be back."

The Best Place to Buy a Car
Whether you are searching for your first car or your fifth car, there are plenty of different places to browse, maybe too many places to find that car of your dreams. Cars are a difficult thing to purchase, especially when you get bombarded by salesmen as soon as you arrive on the lot.
What or where is the best place to buy a car? Many people will say from a family member or friend. Others will say from a dealership; whether or not it is used. And even some will say the best place to buy a car is on the internet. This article will give you, the consumer, the three best websites to buy a car from.
Our number one website to purchase a car from, by a landslide, is Cars. Not only is it the easiest site to browse, it is also the best designed site, and gives you access to blue book values. Cars allows consumers to purchase used or new cars from right from their website. You can search by vehicle type (compact, luxury or sports cars) or you can search by make and model (Ford Mustang, Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander).
Cars dot com offers an array of services from buying a car to selling a car to researching cars. All of these services are offered on the internet, in the comfort of your own home. There are no salesmen following people around from the minute they arrive on the lot. The only downside of buying a car online is that you might not be able to test drive it or have a mechanic give it a once over before money changes hands.
Carseek dot com is the second website on this top three list of the best websites to buy a car. It offers almost all of the same options and features as Cars.com but is missing one key aspect. Carseek does not offer a the feature of selling a used car or buying a used car. Carseek only allows the consumer to search for and purchase new cars from every make and model. One feature, a popular one, of Carseek is their news sidebar on the right side of their webpage. It offers news and information from around the auto world for its readers.
The final website on this top three list of the best websites to buy a car is Thecarconnection dot com. This site is completely different from the first two. Thecarconnection offers consumers a place to search for new cars, check out the latest news from around the auto world, take a look at the newest models of vehicles and read tips on how to take care of certain vehicles. The main feature that Thecarconnection is missing is a place to sell a used car or purchase a used car. Thecarconnection only offers consumers the opportunity to purchase new vehicles.
All three of these websites offer almost the exact same features but Cars.com is the ultimate website for consumers to access when looking for new or used cars to purchase.

5 Steps to Improve Your Punch Speed!
It is a fact that some people naturally possess greater punch speed than others. For example, boxers like Sugar Ray Leonard, Roy Jones Jr and Floyd Mayweather are known for their natural hand speed, whilst boxers like Marvin Hagler, Julio Cesar Chavez and Roberto Duran are not particularly considered as blindingly fast punchers (although this didn't seem to hold them back!) What I'm not going to do in this article is pretend to be a physiologist and begin discussing how fast twitch muscle fiber, genetic pre-disposition and so on play their part. However, something that I can say with certainty is that both as a boxer and as a coach, I have witnessed (both in myself and others) a significant improvement in punch speed as a direct result of some simple measures taken in the gym. In this article I'll outline 5 elements that can help you to significantly improve your punch speed. You should feel this improvement after no more than a couple of weeks, so stick with it!
The 5 'Things':
1. Ensure Proper Technique
The object of improving punch speed is to increase your success rate of landing shots, pure and simple. You can possess the greatest punch speed on the face of the earth, but if you have poor technique in terms of delivering your punch, this speed is next to useless. Poor technique will mean that your opponent will spot your shot coming! A shot should make it's presence known to your opponent only when it lands and no sooner! Therefore, make sure that your technique is perfect so that improving your punch speed will bring benefits!
2. Speed in the Mind!
Take a gentle stroll around the gym. Breath deeply, relax. As you are gently strolling, think of super-fast objects, such as:
A fighter jet
An Indy or Formula 1 car blasting across the start/finish line
A bolt of lighting.
At a given moment (ideally someone other than yourself shouting 'Now!', or providing some other signal), switch to your boxing stance as fast as you can and throw a 4 or 5 punch combination, again at top speed. Use short, mid and long range shots...don't restrict yourself! Recommence your stroll and repeat for a couple of rounds.
3. The Joy of Hand Weights
Set yourself up for 4 x 2 minute rounds of shadow boxing. In rounds 1 and 3, use 1 or 2 lb hand weights. Shadow box normally, ensuring that you mix in a good proportion of mid and long range hooks and uppercuts. During rounds 2 and 4, dispense with the hand weights and feel the instant increase in punch speed!
4. Speed Focused Gym Session
Do a full gym session that focuses solely on speed. Now, if you are a competing boxer, these sessions should be targeted during the final stages of your training cycle (unless you're experimenting in which case you should do it whenever.) If you are not competing, then they can be completed at any time.
For shadow boxing, bag work and skipping, complete 6 x 1 minute rounds with just 15 second rest periods. Aim for maximum speed and multiple variations of punch combinations.
When completing the groundwork (e.g. the classic 'ton-up' of 10 x 10 ground exercises), do so with a focus on maximum speed, with quality of exercise being secondary.
Perform short sprints during running e.g. sprint from one street-light/lamp-post to the next, then jog to the next, then sprint etc. When you jog, do sol slowly and breathe deeply. When sprinting, do so at 100% effort!
5. Stay Chilled!
If you are tense, then you will not maximize your punch speed. A simple way to do this is to ensure that you do not clench your fist until the split second before the shot lands. Keep you shoulders loose and breath in a controlled manner.

Running Your Car on Water
With gas prices seemingly increasing everyday, more and more people are thinking outside the box to find alternative ways to fuel their cars. One way that is growing in popularity is the use of water. There are guides and kits available online to show you how to transform your car so that it is able to run on water. This can be done for as little as $100.
If this isn't something that you would be comfortable doing yourself you can have an auto mechanic do it for around $1000. It is quite obvious that gas companies are not proponents of this type of technology because their current profits are higher then they have ever been. The people that are suffering are the people who have to pay at the pump. This is because people don't realize that there are alternatives.
Some people choose to purchase hybrid cars to decrease their reliance on gas. However, these tend to be more expensive and if you are not in the market for car right now, this would not be helpful. Converting your car to run on water may be a bit of a misnomer because you aren't actually having your car run completely on water. In fact, it is more of a water/gas mix. The process is a pretty simple. It uses your cars electricity, which comes from the battery to separate the water into H.H.O., which is a gas. It's also known as Hydroxyl. This gas gives your car enough energy to run.
Hydroxy has equal the atomic power of hydrogen, and it is also very stable, which makes it safe. Using H.H.O. or Hydroxy can decrease your need for gas by as much as a 60%. It is also much better for the environment and for your car. Surprisingly, your car will also run more powerfully. What is great about the use of Hydroxy is that it saves you money. Converting your car so that it can run on Hydroxy is also something that you can do yourself if you are so inclined or you can a professional do it.
There are a lot of great guides that you can purchase on the Internet that will show you how to change your car over. Many guides will come with videos and illustrations and so you'll see exactly how it's done. However, again if this isn't something they you're comfortable doing yourself, you can pay someone to do it for you. The price of converting your car to run on Hydroxy yourself will be about $50 for parts and $50 for a good guide, for a grand total of $100. Again, if you went to a car shop and had a mechanic do it for you, they may charge you around $1000.
It is very likely that you'll see more and more of these types of kits and conversions in the future as gas prices continue to climb and place a dent in American pocketbooks. Another gas alternative option that is getting more press and becoming more popular is biodiesel. Biodiesel fuel uses animal fats or vegetable oils to fuel vehicles and is also much cheaper then petroleum.

New Or Used Car Buying Tips
It doesn't matter what type of car you are buying, whether it is new or used, Japanese or German, you should know the tricks of the trade so that you avoid losing money and valuable time. So I'll begin, even if you want to pay cash for the vehicle, you should make sure that the dealership or the dealer do not know that you want to until after you sign for the vehicle. This is because the dealer can make a lot of profit from financing and therefore in trying to make a deal they will be willing to give you a lower price in they think they can simply make the money back later through how you are going to finance the car.
You should never shop on a weekend or on weeknights, it is simple economics that if the cars are in high demand they are easier to sell for more money so you want to go at the absolute worst (well best) times to look at cars when there are very few customers and the dealership is eager to move some product. Do not concern yourself with the monthly payment; the real issue is the overall price of the vehicle. One of the issues with a monthly payment is that the vehicle can end up costing far more just so that it can cost less each month, if your finances are so poor that you can't deal with monthly payments than you probably need to be looking at a less expensive vehicle.
You shouldn't be too interested in getting rid of your current one, wait until after you have negotiated a deal on the car you want to buy before you start talking about getting rid of your older one. Basically you don't want to make the determination of how much you should pay more complicated, if there are extra factors that weigh in on the price than there are more things that the salesman or woman can screw you over on. More importantly you don't want your focus to be taken off of getting a better deal on the car you are buying just because you are getting a "one time only deal" on your trade in.
Don't fall for any no-haggle pricing; the point of it is just to say that you are going to walk into the dealership and pay the full price or full MSRP of the vehicle and that they aren't going to let you argue with them over the price of the vehicle. No haggle pricing only benefits the dealership because they can sell vehicles for more money in less time. You should always try to get the salesperson to like you; if you are friendly they are in general friendlier back and less aggressive with negotiations. Finally, remember that you have the power... you can always just stand up and walk away if they are being too tough on negotiations or won't budge on pricing. This is the end all negotiating tool of the customer because if you walk away their time is wasted and they have only lost money, so they will often make amends with you to try and keep you from leaving.

Check List When Buying Used Cars
The selection of used cars in Melbourne is outstanding. Many fabulous cars from around the country have been brought together, and with such a terrific collection at hand, you are bound to find the one you always dreamed of. Even if those hot wheels are currently not on the lot, reputable used car dealers should be able to locate the vehicle in no time.
Imagine, the time has come and you are finally standing in front of your dream car. All the desired options are accounted for, you like the colour, there are no visible dents and scratches, and it runs perfectly. The vehicle passes your preliminary inspection. Now the moment has come for you to pull out your check list and consider every item you marked down.
1. Is the car right for you? Although it would be nice to own a hot little sports car, it may not be the right automobile for you. Especially when you have a family, you may need something bigger with comfortable seating for everyone and lots of storage. You may also want to read numerous consumer reviews. From them, you will learn which vehicles are reliable and which ones to avoid.
2. Is the price acceptable? If you know what kind of brand and model you want, check its value ahead of time. Compose a list of all the cars you are considering and take this with you to the used car dealers. Melbourne prices are typically right on, but you never know! When making your list, take not only the brand, model and options into account, but also the year the car was built. There is indeed quite a bit of difference if the car was manufactured in 2002 or 2009.
3. Are the ownership records and maintenance logs available? How many times did this vehicle switch hands? The inspection of maintenance records is important for used cars. Melbourne salesmen know that there is quite a difference in car performance if the vehicle was serviced by an amateur, or by mechanics in a professional shop. Consequently, they should not give you a hard time.
4. What is the overall condition of the car? Take a good look at the car's paneling, and check the tires for tread, uneven wear, and cracks. Is there rust damage? Have parts been replaced due to an accident - mismatched colours may be an indicator? Do you suspect coolant and oil leaks? While you are looking around, also inspect the interior of the car. No warning lights should be blinking!
5 What kind of warranty and road side assistance is offered? Does the dealership accept trade-ins? What are the finance options? While test driving the car, ask the salesperson as many questions as you can think of. Also, pay attention to the way the car drives. If you notice unusual sounds or vibrations, ask for an explanation. Do not hesitate to drive used cars on the highway, or for a longer period of time. As we know, not all defects show up after a 10 minute ride.
With your list at hand, you should be able to get the information you need to make an informed decision. Just remember, you do not have the settle for the first one you see... there are more used cars in Melbourne than you could ever imagine!

The Legacy Of Muscle Cars
A familiar scene in legendary Americana is that of a guy, hair slicked back, with his arm around a pretty girl. What makes this scene complete is that the idealistic couple is not sitting in a house. They aren't sitting on a bench in the park, in a theater, at the movies, or even at a restaurant. They are sitting in a muscle car.
What is it about muscle cars that have so fascinated the American people for generations? No longer in production (unless you count the surprisingly sleek and modern GTO), these cars have been icons of American culture for years. Not only do they represent the bygone eras of carefree gas consumption, they also characterize the epitome of the American hunk. That's right, the American hunk. The guy in class that every girl wanted to date and that no one could seem to keep a hold of. The senior in high school that had more testosterone than even the football team could handle (think Danny from Greece).
If you consider American culture as a whole, it has always been fascinated with speed. Cars, motorcycles, dirtbikes, airplanes; anything that can go fast and look good while doing it is accepted as a source of entertainment and even, occasionally, a sign of stature. Basically, the more adrenaline a vehicle can induce the better. Muscle cars fit perfectly into this characterization. Their unsurpassed mechanical capabilities, compared with the capabilities of other cars of their day, made them a source of power among drivers who were looking to not only drive faster than every other car on the road, but who were interested in the social status associated with owning a muscle car. Faster and bigger than the other cars on the road, muscle cars not only got people from point a to point b, they made a statement while they did so.
Not only were these cars fast, they were adorned with wonderful paint jobs. Blue, black, and red were the most popular colors. Often, to augment the paint, flecks of glitter would be added to it before being sprayed onto the automobiles to make the cars shine in the sunlight. Unique graphics, including pinstripes and racing stripes, were designed to enhance the overall look of the vehicles. Racing, even illegal street racing, had a huge following. At night, on long deserted strips of road, teenagers would gather and put their muscle cars to the ultimate test. These cars were not only modes of transportation, they were sources of pride and honor for those who cared enough to truly appreciate and take care of them.
As a symbol of American culture and powerful machinery, muscle cars will forever be remember as icons. These cars have been featured in movies, music videos, books, advertisements, television shows, and the hearts of every American who has grown up around them. A source of adventure, speed, entertainment, and nostalgia, muscle cars have left a great and standing legacy in the books of Americana.

The DARPA Challenge for Driverless Cars
Why Driverless Cars?
A machine is anything that helps us simplify work. By that definition, a car is a machine that helps us simplify the work of locomotion. However, we do need to do some work when using a car - we need to drive it. Wouldn't life be easier if we could just get into the car, say where we want to go and doze off until the destination is reached? Fantastical as it may seem, it may be possible in near future if the innovations showcases in the DARPA Urban Challenge in 2007 are developed to their full potentials.
If you are a science-fiction fan, you must remember the taxi with the robot driver in "Total Recall" that Arnold Schwarzenegger dismantles violently when it refuses his order to "just drive" and insists on knowing the name of his destination. Although you may not see such autonomous cars on the roads anytime soon, the participants at the DARPA Urban Challenge give us cause for hope.
What is DARPA and how is it involved?
For those who don't know it yet, DARPA or the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, is the premier research body of the United States Department of Defense. With a total personnel strength of only 240, DARPA manages a $3.4 billion budget, aiming to develop new technology for use by the military. In this capacity, it has made significant contributions to several technologies we take for granted today, like the Internet and GPS.
DARPA is authorized by Congress to award cash prizes to encourage research with possible national security uses. In this regard, DARPA started an annual competition, called the Grand Challenge, for driverless or autonomous vehicles in 2004 that ran for three years (with a gap in 2006), with the final one in 2007 being designated the Urban Challenge. DARPA defines an autonomous vehicle as "a vehicle that navigates and drives entirely on its own with no human driver and no remote control. Through the use of various sensors and positioning systems, the vehicle determines all the characteristics of its environment required to enable it to carry out the task it has been assigned."
While the first two required driverless cars to negotiate roads, turns and tunnels in the desert without human intervention, the last one required the cars to follow traffic laws in a simulated urban environment. Therefore, while the first two challenges were more physically demanding but had little interaction between the vehicles, the Urban Challenge required the individual participants to make "intelligent" decisions in real time based on the actions of other vehicles.
Although the competitions were open to teams across the world, each team had to have at least one American citizen as a member. The reason behind these competitions was the ultimate goal of making one-third of US ground military forces autonomous by 2015.
DARPA Grand Challenge 2004 and 2005
The DARPA Grand Challenge 2004 was held in the Mojave Desert, where 25 teams fought it out for the grand prize of $1 million. Although none of the teams completed the 150-mile route, the car from Carnegie Mellon University traveled the furthest - 7.36 miles - and was declared the winner.
The next competition near the Lucy Gray Mountains, Nevada, in 2005 produced significantly better results. All but one of the 23 finalists surpassed the last year's best mark and five finished the 135-mile course. The team from Stanford University finished first, closely followed by two cars from Carnegie Mellon. The prize money was double that of the previous year.
DARPA Urban Challenge 2007
The third competition was the toughest of all and required "teams to build an autonomous vehicle capable of driving in traffic, performing complex maneuvers such as merging, passing, parking, and negotiating intersections." Development of such technology has potentially immense benefits not only for military purposes, but civilian uses as well. Besides the obvious advantage of ease of travel, this technology, when revised and popularized, can ease traffic congestion and prevent accidents, saving thousands of lives and billions of dollars every year in addition to reducing pollution and unproductive time.
In a nutshell, the participants were required to comply with the following rules:
• Vehicle must be stock or have a documented safety record.
• Vehicle must obey the California state driving laws.
• Vehicle must be entirely autonomous, using only the information it detects with its sensors and public signals such as GPS.
• DARPA will provide the route network 24 hours before the race starts.
• Vehicles must traverse the route by driving between specified checkpoints.
• DARPA will provide a file detailing the order the checkpoints must be driven to 5 minutes before the race start.
• Vehicles may "stop and stare" for 10 seconds maximum.
• Vehicles must operate in rain and fog, with GPS blocked.
• Vehicles must avoid collision with vehicles and other objects such as carts, bicycles, traffic barrels, and objects in the environment such as utility poles.
• Vehicles must be able to operate in parking areas and perform U-turns as required by the situation.
Of the 89 teams that applied, 53 were notified they had qualified for DARPA site visits based on their technical papers and videos. After actual testing of the vehicles, the list was whittled down to 35 who were invited to the National Qualification Event (NQE), a rigorous eight-day vehicle testing period. The NQE was held across three different test areas in the remodeled George Air Force Base (currently used as Southern California Logistics Airport), in Victorville, California. This was also the venue for the finals three months later to which 11 of the 35 at the NQE qualified.
These 11 finalists included a lot of collaborations between universities and their corporate partners - Carnegie Mellon with GM, Stanford with Volkswagen, Virginia Tech with TORC Technologies, etc. The final event consisted of three missions totaling around 55 miles, to be completed in six hours. Besides the competitors themselves, 30 Ford Tauruses driven by professional drivers were introduced into the course to increase complexity of traffic maneuvers.
While time to finish was a major factor in allocation of points, participants were penalized for violations, dangerous behavior, delays, etc. Thus, although the team from Stanford finished earliest with their vehicle "Junior," a Volkswagen Passat, the team from Tartan Racing, a collaboration between Carnegie Mellon and GM, with their Chevrolet Tahoe "Boss," were declared the winners after tabulating points. Of the 11 finalists, six finished the course within 6 hours, testimony to the tremendous improvements since the first Grand Challenge 3 years before where not a single vehicle finished the course.
In conclusion, all 11 finalists received DARPA funding for additional research and it is hoped that the lessons from these competitions have brought us nearer to a future of driverless cars.

Membership Sites - Finding and Presenting Valuable Content
In our last article, we talked about making the focus of your membership site narrow. As an example, we took a wide-open, generic topic like "cars" and narrowed it down to focus on owners and fans of the Ford Gran Torino, a muscle car from the late 1960's. We noted that niche content has a higher perceived value than general information.
You could start a membership site about something you know, or about something you'd like to learn about. But it's actually easier and faster to make the site start paying if you don't create any of the initial content. As a matter of fact, there are experts in almost any field who are full of information and would love to pontificate on a particular topic, but they have no platform for doing so. That's exactly what you're creating - a meeting place for experts and people searching for their expertise. You will be getting paid for providing and maintaining that meeting place.
So, if you're not going to create the content yourself, where are you supposed to find valuable content for your membership site? (Again, we'll be using our fictional Gran Torino membership site as an example in this article.) Here are several type of content. Don't limit yourself to just one type, or one source. You need to be constantly on the lookout for content.
Written Information:
There are several sites on the web where authors and experts post information they've written, with the hopes that publishers looking for experts in their particular area of interest will come along and find them. EzineArticles is just one of many free article repositories. You could also do a search of blogs for your particular topic, using a blog search engine such as technorati.com or blogsearch.google.com . If you know that your particular niche has one or more professional organizations, you might search their site for authors or even contact a trade association and ask if they could recommend an expert willing to write for your new site.
If you hang out in an organized club or informal group of aficionados, ask one or more of your friends to write articles. Go ahead, make that shade tree mechanic famous! He's always spouting off about how he tinkers with his car - offer to put your money where his mouth is. Have him write a feature article, or give him a column.
Video:
What's better than a written article? Video! We're conditioned to think of people who appear on TV and in movies as celebrities. Look at the late Billy Mays, or Offer "Vince" Shlomi - the "ShamWow guy." They've garnered a species of trust simply for appearing in commercials, even though viewers see them in their true vocation as pitchmen. If you put your information out on video, people are even more likely to believe you than if they read the same information.
"Talking head" videos are almost as good as true product demonstration videos. We trust people who tell us things "to our face" while we can see theirs. While putting together a small video production setup can be done for well under $1,000 there are enough folks out there who already have the equipment, space and time. Troll video repositories such as YouTube.com and MetaCafe.com for people who have already posted videos pertaining to your niche, or strike deals with people who have something educational (or simply novel) to say to your target audience.
Audio:
Podcasts are audio segments that people can listen to on-line, or download to their MP3 players. These can take the form of interviews or talk shows. You can even recycle written articles and blog entries by reading them into a microphone and offering them up as audio files.
There are a number of people who create what are essentially "radio shows" that only appear on the 'net. If someone else has produced podcasts about your niche, talk with them about making them available inside your site. Podcasts are great for interviewing experts and presenting information that people can listen to while they drive.
Go deep - and wide:
Let's use our imaginary Gran Torino site again. It's true that you need to produce deep sets of information about the main topic. Articles, videos and podcasts all about where to find original parts, who makes replacement parts, and where the best place to buy either of them might be a good example. Building a membership site with content management software like Caribou CMS allows you to offer all three types of media.
However, don't stop with just one or two topics. Think about auxiliary topics that would compliment your membership's main interest. If I were a subscriber to the site, I might want to show off my car at a rally or some other physical gathering. Now you've got tons of potential articles on: the rally location, how to buy, set up and use a car trailer, how to make money renting your car to photographers. The list is limited only by your imagination. It's good to run an in-depth series, but don't forget about other helpful topics.
Hire an expert:
Several times I've mentioned putting your friends to work, producing content for your site. But what if you don't know anyone? What if your particular niche isn't interested in self-taught gurus? Then go directly to the source - hire yourself an expert. They can write stand-alone articles under their own name, or you can interview them in text, audio or video formats. Experts know other experts, and might be able to suggest complimentary experts, or even opposing ones (mild conflict is always interesting). Look up professional societies, visit seminars and conventions, and read trade publications to find experts. You can also look for them on employment sites like Guru.com and oDesk.com . Friends will be happy to help you out a couple of times for free, but experts are in it for fame and fortune. You have an opportunity to offer them a little of both.
Our next article will deal with setting up various membership levels, and the one important level that will guarantee you get a constant supply of new members.

Getting a Date With Your Beat Up Ford Pinto
So you have an old Ford Pinto or Yugo and you are wondering if you can get a date with a hot babe. This is a myth that has unfortunately been circulated by men who believe that you have to buy a woman's attention.
The truth is that many hot women have dated men with old cars and even those with no cars. But if you have an old car, the simple trick is to keep it clean. Get your car to the car wash and have it waxed as well so that it has a nice sheen. Or if you are on a budget, do this yourself. Get rid of all the candy wrappers, cans, crumbs or whatever else you got inside your car. Buy one of those little pine trees and hang it up in your car so as it to give it a nice smell.
I worked with a very classy attractive woman who once went on a date with a guy who drove a very old VW Beetle. The guy was handsome, muscular and highly educated but she told me that she won't be going on a second date with him unless he cleaned out his car. She didn't mind that it was old but it was dirty and didn't smell right.
You see, it is all about taking pride in yourself and the woman you want to take out on a date. If you turn up for date with a dirty car, she'll see you as a person who doesn't respect her or give a damn about how well the dates goes. Your date would have put on a nice outfit and the last thing she would want to do is sit in a car that is going to get it dirty.
But let us say you want a new car but can't afford one. There are many car auctions advertised on the web or in your local newspaper. There is a good chance that you can get a reasonably priced second-hand car there and gradually fix it up until it looks like new. Have you ever noticed in many rap music videos, rappers hanging out with hot babes in their fixed-up muscle cars from the 60s and 70's? These 30-40 year old cars aren't expensive, but when they are fixed up - they look great don't they? And trust me - women really love them. They make a man appear manlier than say one who drives a spanking new Toyota Prius.
So, get it out of your mind right now that you need a fancy or a "sexy" car to get a date or keep a woman. Instead, keep your current car clean and work on building your image and self-confidence. These will in turn, makes you more irresistible to a woman.
